Level 3 Return to Work Health and Safety Survey

On Tuesday 28 April 2020 New Zealand moves from COVID-19 Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3. These means more than a million New Zealanders will be back in their regular place of work.

This will be an extremely difficult time and will require a heightened commitment to health and safety by employers and employees - to address the risks posed by COVID-19 as well as hazards that are usually faced in the workplace.

We want to make sure New Zealand is maintaining the best possible health and safety standards to keep working people safe. That's why we've created this survey.

Our 10-point checklist is still available here. And if you want more detailed information you can download our 5-page fact sheet on returning to work under Level 3 here.

At the end of the survey there are check-boxes to allow us to potentially use the information you provide to:

• share with a union

• share with WorkSafe

• use anonymously to highlight a health and safety issue

Please make sure you are comfortable with these options. You can find more about Together's privacy policy here.
