Sign the petition to End "Fire at Will" 90-day Trials for everyone - including people working for small employers. 

No one deserves second-class employment rights - just because they have less than 20 workmates. Every one does deserves basic respect when they start a new job, not the prospect of being sacked for no reason, never told why and nothing you can do.
