Thanks for signing. Will you share your story?
We need real stories to show why FPAs matter.
We are looking for people who want to share what Fair Pay Agreements means to them. This might be in the media (TV, radio or newspapers) or for social media stories. We’d love to hear from everyone and we’re particularly keen to hear from people who work in the industries where FPAs are currently underway. Will you help us out?
Please share what FPAs means to you below, or leave your details so we can get in touch.

Connor Cooke commented 2023-12-12 11:17:42 +1300FPAs are the single best tool for protecting and supporting our most vulnerable and exploited workers. The intention to remove them is callous, cruel, and deeply irresponsible

Damien Mather commented 2023-12-12 10:09:46 +1300Fair pay is exactly what it sounds like. How blinkered does an employer or a government minister have to be to not see that?

Sissiel Henderson commented 2023-12-12 08:58:18 +1300The 3-way Government have3 things in mind;
Luxton wanted PM STATUS regardless.

David Seymour is out to please his own ego. -
Patrice Shakespeare commented 2023-12-12 08:50:13 +1300Fair pay to me means a decent wage for those who just as hard as anyone else.The dignity to live a reasonably enjoyable life,to be able to put food on the table,to take your children out,to pay your bills without having the fear of someone coming to take more money away.Fair pay for those who do the work that may others believe is below them,but most of all so people can live reasonably happy lives

keith moretta commented 2023-12-12 06:30:03 +1300Fair pay is ensuring everyone in NZ receives a living and equitable wage.
If the National government is relying on the employers to govern this, why do we have a minimum wage agreement – because not everyone will be paid fairly.
