Glenn and Tracey Anderson claim they want to invest in the team, store and local community, but refuse to even meet with their staff, hiding behind a lawyer who has insulted union delegates and their staff by saying the living wage does not apply to this store "given the range of workers".
The company refuses to give even a small staff discount and continues to unlawfully discriminate against and offer lower wages to staff who join the union. Union members are calling for the community to support their claims of a reasonable pay raise that keeps up with the rising cost of living, a staff discount, and long service leave to recognise staff that have given their loyalty to the company by signing this petition and joining our community organising committee.
Please take the time to sign the petition and let us know if you are keen to assist the workers in Richmond.
